Please take notice, the Town Board of the Town of LaGrange, Walworth County, Wisconsin, will receive sealed bids until 12:00 noon on Friday, May 10, 2024 for the following ROAD MATERIALS: Blacktop per ton. Price to include sweeping, paver laid, rolling and traffic control. Please provide road paving bid for two lift paving. Bidders must be experienced in the work for which they are submitting bids. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Town for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Wisconsin State Statutes. Pre-qualifying forms are available by contacting Pat Hoffmann, Town road commissioner (262) 495-8822; Town of LaGrange Highway Dept., P.O. Box 359, Whitewater, WI 53190. All asphalt laid must be of State DOT specifications. The Town of LaGrange reserves the right to core and test asphalt content at the expense of the awarded contractor. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or accept the bid deemed the most advantageous to the Town of La Grange.
