This special provision describes researching and locating existing land parcel or boundary monuments located in permanent easements, temporary easements, or construction permit areas, which may be lost or disturbed by construction operations. This provision does not relinquish the contractor's responsibility of standard spec 107.11. This special provision describes the removal and disposal of additional 2-inches of asphaltic pavement by milling in areas of distressed pavement. This will be completed in spot locations throughout the project as directed by the engineer.
