The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Project startup including mobilization to the Site 2. Development, implementation, and maintenance of a Site-specific Health and Safety Plan 3. Provision of temporary facilities and controls 4. Connection of four residences to municipal water service 5. Abandonment of select water wells 6. Disconnection and removal of electric service to existing sheds housing water treatment systems 7. Disconnection, disassembly, and removal of water treatment systems 8. Conversion of select wells for irrigation use 9. Demobilization and closeout The project shall be substantially complete no later than December 20, 2024. Substantial completion shall be defined as completion of the water line installations to the four residences. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor (not a subcontractor), the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since July 1, 2020, for General Contracting that involved a similar project scope. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $10,000 or greater. Project Manager responsible for this project has had at least five (5) years of experience with General Contracting projects similar in scope with project values of $25,000 or greater.
