Clearing and grubbing, remove existing culverts, remove bituminous, traffic control. 2. Install temporary erosion control, trail grading, dewatering, install new culverts, rip rap. 3. Place class 5, bituminous paving, concrete pedestrian ramps, aggregate shouldering. 4. Install new signs, pavement painting. 5. Turf establishment, install permanent erosion control.
