Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Carlton, Minnesota. Working plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
**As of November 19, 2025, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of the gross bid payable to the Fond du Lac Reservation, as liquidated damages for breach of contract if the bidder refuses or neglects to enter into the contract as per his bid. Performance/Payment Bonds are required. Wage Rate Requirements will be required for all workers employed at the site. The Fond du Lac Reservation requires that the work force employed at the site conform to the TERO Policy. No electronic bids will be accepted. Bidding Questions Clarifications and Substitution requests are due to DSGW by end of business on April 1st, 2025. Scheduled Addenda issuances are planned for April 3rd, 2025. All bidding questions, substitution requests are to be sent via email to Emerson Smith, esmith@dsgw.com and Dawn Rowan drowan@dsgw.com.
