Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Searcy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of construction of asphalt parking lots, concrete trails, fencing, landscaping, underground storm drainage, site lighting, utility work, retaining walls, and earthwork. The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for the best interest. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed above. Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder's financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance on similar projects. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Bear Davidson, P.E., Davidson Engineering, 210 W. Arch Ave., Suite D, Searcy, AR, 72143 and to be given consideration must be received at least four (4) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
