Provides funding for new trails and sidewalks throughout the city. Projects are prioritized on the need to complete missing sections of the trail/sidewalk system as outlined in the Park and Open Space System Plan and the recently completed Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan for the city. Unspent annual allocations are to be carried forward to allow for unanticipated delays or higher costs due to future contractor bids. The project is included in the City's 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan.
