Site Address: Various locations in the City City: Eden Prairie County: Hennepin State/Province: MN Site Directions: Project sites are located in various parts of the City, but generally on Chestnut Dr, Windsong Dr, and Carmody Dr Project includes improvement of twenty-three (23) pedestrian ramps around the City including removal and reconstruction to make them ADA compliant, associated concrete sidewalk replacement, bituminous trail replacement, one (1) valley gutter, and restoration. SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done under this Contract shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, etc. necessary to construct the following sections of ADA pedestrian ramps within the City: Twenty-three (23) ADA compliant pedestrian ramps at various locations within the City. See Plans for locations. One (1) valley gutter Associated street and trail replacement The work under this Contract includes all of the work items as described in these Specifications and/or shown on the Plans as prepared by the City of Eden Prairie.
