Description: Removal and replacement of the bituminous parking lot at Purgatory Park along with 2 pedestrian ramp modifications for the parking stalls and approx 430 LF of curb and gutter replacement Site Address: 13001 Technology Drive. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2024 SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done under this Contractshall include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, etc. necessary to reconstruct bituminous parking lot at Purgatory Creek Park. Removal and disposal of approximately 4,300 SY of existing bituminous. Installation of approximately 4,300 SY of 3.5” of new bituminous. Removal and reconstruction of 430 LF of curb and gutter. Concrete removal and reconstruction for two (2) pede strian ramps. Complete Parking Lot restriping, including four (4) accessible parking spaces.
