Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Major work items include: Remove existing underground fuel storage tanks and fuel dispensers, install new above ground fuel storage tanks, dispensers and containment systems including excavation & grading, paving, utility connections, and turf restoration A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. A. The Work under this Contract consists of obtaining and installing fueling equipment, fuel facilities, electrical, site work, security lighting, prep work, and all incidental items necessary to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings and included in the Proposal. B. Significant major construction is planned for the area of this project. C. ENGINEER will provide the following: 1. Engineer will review Shop Drawing Submittals of major equipment specified and furnished. 2. Engineer will provide periodic construction site visits for design compliance review. Copies of all the installation paper work is to be given to the Owner with the Equipment and Warranty Manuals Questions regarding individual status of current certifications should be addressed to the Minnesota Department of Administration's Office of State Procurement Helpline at (651) 296.2600.
