Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Hereinafter referred to as "Consultant" as defined in the General Conditions. Bid security, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, must be submitted as stated in the Instruction to Bidders. USU Facilities Planning, Design and Construction reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner. Project entails the removal of existing asphalt paving, some existing concrete, regrading of lot, and the installation of new asphalt paving. Question Deadline 04/25/2024 Last day for questions. The work to be performed shall be in accordance with the contract Documents prepared by method studio and entitled usu, engineering building third floor tenant Improvement project and becomes part of this agreement. All terms used in this contractor's agreement shall be as defined in the contract documents, and in Particular, the general conditions. The contractor agrees to furnish labor, materials and equipment to complete the work as required in the Contract documents which are hereby incorporated by reference. It is understood and agreed by the parties Hereto that all work shall be performed as required in the contract documents and shall be subject to Inspection and approval of owner or its authorized representative. The relationship of the contractor to the Owner hereunder is that of an independent contractor.
