College of Veterinary Medicine - Bid Pack 3 This bid pack includes everything from structural excavation and backfill to all the finish scopes of work to complete the project. - Long lead electrical and mechanical items were bid out as part of Bid Pack 1. - Soil improvements, mass ex/rough grading, and site utilities is being bid as Bid Pack 2. Bid Pack 3 is the last for this project. A project schedule is being provided for your use in preparing your bids. A bid manual will also be published early next week for your consideration.
