o Furnish and install approximately 1,800 SF of new 24" x 24" Carpet Tiles o Tandus Aftermath II carpet tiles on Flexaire Cushion backing o Color: Fleece o Use recommended primer/sealer and adhesive per manufacturer's guidelines o Demo and dispose of existing carpet tiles and wall base o Floor prep as needed o Furnish and install new Cove Base o Johnsonite CB 20 4 x41/8 TOE Charcoal o Onsite dumpster provided by contractor o Furniture lift in place and move as needed o Work hours will be 7:00am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday o 20% Attic stock should be included in your bid to remain on site after the project is complete o All work will be performed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00 pm. o Facility Access background checks required from all Contractor employees before work may begin. Contractor must submit all required forms within 3 days of contract award to allow time to process all paperwork. o Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project, if the bid exceeds $75,000. o BOND - Bids exceeding $50,000 require a bond with Power of Attorney for the full amount of your proposal and will be requested with the Intent to Award package o EDGE participation is required for bids exceeding $50,000. Participation should include 5% of the full bid amount including labor and materials.
