County Road Project No. 3260 - for Improvement of Brooks Road From Thorpe Road to Highway 2 in Sections 25 and 36 in Township 25n Range 40e. And Sections 30 and 31 in Township 25n Range 41e. W.m. By Full Depth Pavement of Roadway Through Roadway Excavation Incl. Haul, Embankment Compaction, Ctb Shaping and Processing, Crushed Surfacing Top Course, Hma Paving, Pavement Markings, Project Temporary Traffic Control and Other Work, All in Accordance With the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Bid Deposit Required. No Bid May Be Considered for Public Work Unless It is Accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the Form of a Surety Bond, Postal Money Order, Case, Cashier's Check or Certified Check in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid Proposed.
