The St. Marys County Government is seeking bidders to provide separately sealed technical and cost proposals with competitive pricing for Comprehensive Plan Update Consulting Services, in accordance with this Solicitation. Period of performance shall not exceed 550 days from the date shown in a Notice to Proceed when issued; or the number of days shown on the Fee Proposal, whichever is shorter. Any performance beyond this period for additional work related to the Comprehensive Plan shall be at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Final project schedules will be mutually established by selected Contractor and Project Team. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
