The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendors for the material, service, tools, delivery, and labor required for Kitchen Exhaust Hood Fire Protection inspections as specified. Vendors shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction while meeting project specifications and requirements. Term: not to exceed $49,999 in one year Contract Term: ONE (1) YEAR, WITH OPTION TO RENEW FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR PERIODS Refer all questions with regard to this RFQ in writing to mburroughs@smcps.org no later than Monday, July 22, 2024 at NOON. St. Mary's County Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
