This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2024-2025 Trip Hazard Removal Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The City of St. Albert is looking for a qualified contractor to remove trip hazards caused by settlement of existing concrete sidewalks. The program will be divided up between two (2) years with a potential of an extension to a third additional year (if required). This program is connected by annual budgets which might vary and alter the number of cuts per year.
