It is critical that AFRRCS be maintained to the highest state of possible readiness at all times in order to support First Responders across Alberta. Stable and adequate primary power and HVAC systems are critical components of the functionality of the equipment and shelters at AFRRCS Sites. The purpose of this RFP is to procure the Services of a maintenance provider to perform Preventative Maintenance and Break-Fix Activities for primary power, and HVAC systems at AFRRCS Sites. The Contractor will inspect, repair, maintain, and/or upgrade power, HVAC systems at approximately 180 fixed AFRRCS Sites, 2 mobile AFRRCS Sites and one (1) radio lab in St Albert. The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/01.
