Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Welch, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Vasa Salt Shed is located at 30778 County 7 Blvd., Welch, MN 55089. Goodhue County is requesting a quote to regrade the parking lot and correct drainage in preparation for a bituminous paving project. Operations must be completed in accordance with the atached plan sheets, the 2020 MnDOT Standard Specifications, and the following parameters: Provide traffic control necessary to close the parking lot to traffic, including but not limited to: barricades, flashers, barrels, cones, etc; Provide insurance meeting the standard insurance requirements listed on the next page. A certificate of insurance will be required prior to quote approval; Work quoted, if approved, may begin 8 days after quote approval and shall be completed by June 21, 2024. Once work begins, it shall be completed in 5 working days. Please provide unit prices for the items listed below which shall include all costs associated with this work.
