Site work and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Tunica, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
The project includes but it is not limited to installation of a new beacon and electrical installation, and painting of beacon tower. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bond Notes: Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. The project ranges from $90,000 to $100,000. Owner Rights: The TUNICA COUNTY AIRPORT COMMISSION reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the TUNICA COUNTY AIRPORT COMMISSION, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Question Deadline 05/27/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
