Site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 45,995-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; for the addition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Renovation & addition to the existing Ruth Gilfry Center Health & Human Services Building. This project is confirmed to be under construction. Renovation to include approx. 22,635 SF Lower Level and First Floor 23,360 SF renovations. Scope includes, but is not necessarily limited to, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, metal fabrication, aluminum doors and windows, masonry, flush doors, hollow metal frames, operable partitions, interior finishes painting, casework, metal roofing, TPO roofing, casework, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, site work, landscaping, and others. The general contractor is a signatory to the following trades: Carpenters, Ironworkers, Masons, Operators, Laborers, and Cement Finishers. Those bidding will need to supply union labor for any of the scopes of work that are claimed by these unions. Construction is anticipated to start October 2024. Completion is expected September 2025.
