Demolition and site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Covington, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 2,050-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The work consists of the demolition of a 2,050 SFT (approximate size) single story, municipal storage building, located at 13385 Center Street, Covington, Michigan 49919. All bids shall be addressed to the above address and include the name and address of the Bidder and Contract for which the bid is being submitted on the outside envelope. All Bidders shall bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. The responsible party reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the Owner. All questions are to be in writing to: U.P.
