This contract is for plowing and shoveling of snow within the block surrounded by Burdick Street, Crosstown Parkway, and John Street. The address of this area is Crosstown Center, 150 E. Crosstown Parkway, Kalamazoo, MI. The contract shall be in effect for the 2024-2025 snow season. The contract shall commence on or about November 1, 2024, and continue for one (1) snow season and end on April 30, 2025. The City may exercise the option to extend this contract for additional snow seasons. Extensions shall not exceed four (4) snow-season periods. The City may cancel this contract after the first snow season with a thirty (30) days written notice. All work is subject to the availability of funds. The City offers no guarantees as to the amount of work that may be performed or the amount of snow that may be removed during the term of this contract.
