Ready Mixed Concrete The contract shall be in effect for a one (1) one-year period, commencing on or about July 1, 2024, and continue through June 30, 2025. Question Deadline 05/02/2024 Any binding explanation desired by a bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Invitation for Bids (IFB) and attachments must be requested in writing, at least 5 business days before the bid opening so a reply may reach all prospective bidders prior to the submission of bids. Failure to remedy the cause of the complaint within twenty-four (24) hours shall be considered a breach of contract, and for the purpose of computing damages under the provision of this section, it is agreed that the City may deduct from payments due or to become due to the vendor, a minimum assessment of $100.00 per hour, per occurrence. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received.
