Reference Number 0000349995 Removal of the existing pool circulation pump and motor and delivery to the Public Works warehouse facility located at 14445 Lake Poway Rd. Furnish and install new pool circulation pump and motor or approved equivalent. New pool circulation pump and motor shall be compatible with the existing SPCS (Smart Pump Control System). Modification of the existing sealed roof hatch to allow for removal and installation of pool circulation pump and motor and install temporary covering (City will be responsible for permanent re-roofing). Protection of all existing work, buildings, piping, equipment, utilities, etc. adjacent to the Work. Coordination with Owner for turn-ons and shut-offs, connection to existing valves and pipe system, leakage testing, and for doing all work involved to accomplish the Work, complete in place and fully operational, as directed and approved by the Engineer.
