Reference Number 0000349022 The City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide as-needed plumbing services for various City facilities. Purchase Type Duration: 1 month Question Deadline 04/23/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes. Standard Agreement Length: The length of this Agreement shall be for two (2) years beginning on July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026. The Agreement can be extended by a maximum of three (3) one-year terms. Award of the Agreement and any extensions are subject to City Council appropriation of funds. The maximum length of the Agreement can be up to five (5) years. Each renewal period, the Contractor's costs shall be adjusted based on the annual change in the previous calendar year's Consumer Price Index for the San Diego area (All Urban Consumers CPI-U) or 5%, whichever is less. The first adjustment would occur no earlier than July 1, 2026. No proposal will be accepted unless it is made on proposal forms furnished by the City of Poway. The City reserves the right, after opening proposals, to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a proposal and to waive any informality in the proposal.
