The Project consists of C.I.P.P. lining of approximately 46 ft of 8" pipe, 2595 ft of 10" pipe, and 1775 ft of 12" pipe sewer mains. The date for substantial completion of this work is November 29, 2024. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Upon request and receipt of the document fee indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the City of Trenton, 1100 Main Street, Trenton, MO, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; and the office of the Engineer, Howe Company, LLC 804 E. Patton Street, Macon, MO, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Questions other than ordering documents should be directed to Shannon Howe, P.E., S.E. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid Documents can also be obtained in PDF form from online. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from online. Bidders must obtain their bid documents from Howe Company, LLC or online and be on the plan holders list to bid the project. Bid security (5%) shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
