The Project consists of cleaning and CCTV inspection of 8"-12" pipe sewer mains. 2024 Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection Project. The date for substantial completion is November 29, 2024. Doc Notes: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Howe Company, LLC 804 E. Patton St, Macon, MO 63552 660-395-4693. Questions other than ordering documents should be directed to Shannon Howe, P.E., S.E. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the City of Trenton, 1100 Main Street, Trenton, MO, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; and the office of the Engineer, Howe Company, LLC 804 E. Patton Street, Macon, MO, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid Documents can also be obtained in PDF form. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office . Bidders must obtain their bid documents from Howe Company, LLC and be on the plan holders list to bid the project. Bond Notes: Bid security (5%) shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
