The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information contractors that can provide Elevator Repair and Preventative Maintenance of Elevator Systems for VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. For all small businesses, to include SDVOSB and VOSB, At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.
