Renovation of an educational facility in Kent, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Kent School District wishes to contract, for the replacement of the existing boiler at Meadow7 Ridge Elementary with a two-boiler system installed with necessary appurtenances, piping and electrical reconfigurations. Alternate#! includes the replacement of two existing condenser water building pumps with two new like pumps, appurtenances and electrical. Bid security, in the amount of 5% of the bid sum must accompany each bid. Security shall be made payable to the Kent School District either by certified check or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in Washington State. Site Inspection: Contractors intending to submit sealed bids shall attend, a mandatory site inspection conference held at the site. Meet at the main entrance to MEADOW RIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, 2:00-3:00pm Site Location: 27710 108th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98030 Bidders arriving after 2:05pm may not be admitted.
