Estimate: $2,530,000 Project Scope The Kent School District Wishes to Contract All Services Required to Construct the Kentridge D-wing Art Remodel. -The scope includes a new addition that will house a darkroom and kiln area. The existing art rooms will be modernized and reconfigured for the current curriculum Bid Security Requirement - Bid Security, in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Sum Must Accompany Each Bid. Security Shall Be Made Payable to the Kent School District Either by Certified Check or Bid Bond Issued by a Surety Licensed to Conduct Business in Washington State. Question Deadline 05/15/2024 All questions regarding the work shall be directed to the Architect, Chris Reinhart at (206) 852-5192 or the Kent School District Assistant Director Capital Projects Brett Scribner at (253) 373-7277 at least seven days prior to Bid Opening.
