The work consists of - but is not limited to the following - in accordance with the plans and specifications: & tempmargin; Parking Lot 17 - located at the intersection of Stadium Drive and 6th Street - requires a partial remove and replace of existing asphalt and underlayment - and partial asphalt overlay to improve conditions and reconfigure the parking lot layout to become compliant with industry standards. This includes demolition of existing asphalt - removal of signs - concrete - curbing - rebuilding and adding storm inlets - meeting grades for ADA spaces - etc. No lighting will be effected. Bid alternates include trenching for irrigation conduit as well as improving curb ramps with compliant detectable warning pads. A bid bond or bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount - including alternates - must accompany the bid proposal. (Refer to Instructions to Bidders.) PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this project.
