SCOPE It is the intent of the City of Kalamazoo to enter a term contract for the purchase of landscaping supplies on an order release basis from the requesting divisions. The contract shall be in effect for a basic one (1) year period commencing on or about June 1, 2024, and continuing for twelve months subject to availability of funds and the following renewal options. Any binding explanation desired by a bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Invitation for Bids (IFB) and attachments must be requested in writing, at least submission of bids.
