Reference Number 0000350011 The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase of Food Service Kitchen Equipment in conjunction with the District's total needs. Although the successful Vendor(s) will be designated as the sole provider(s) of specific awarded items to the District during the effective period of the contract, it is hereby agreed and understood that the Vendor will be required to provide periodic shipments of items during various delivery cycles throughout the term of the contract. This contract shall commence on July 1, 2024 and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2025. Option to Renew: Option to Renew for One Year (With Price Adjustment): the Prices or Discounts Quoted in This Solicitation Shall Prevail During the Specified Term of the Contract, at Which Time the District Shall Have the Option to Renew the Contract for an Additional One Year Period.
