Renovation of a municipal facility in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of June 4, 2024, project has been awarded to Triangle Roofing Inc, but award amount not confirmed. Tube City Center Roof Replacement Project. Bond Notes: In order to receive consideration, a proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made payable to the order of the City of McKeesport in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will immediately enter into Agreement after the Notice of Award of the Contract and commence construction immediately thereafter. Bidders shall comply with all stated and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities. Attention is called to the fact that compliance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage Predetermination is required if total contract exceeds $25,000.00. Owner Rights: The City of McKeesport reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof. No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid for the period as specified in the project bid documents after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
