Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Maryville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
**As of May 30, 2024, project was awarded to NATIONWIDE TURF & SPORTS CONS. in the amount of $1,276,300 and ACT GLOBAL in the amount of $544,896. Awarded in the total amount of $1,821,196** Blount County encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Completion Time: Project Field work shall begin after 5/16/24 and should be ready for synthetic turf contractor no later than 7/20/24 on Fields. Turf installation shall take no more than 28 calendar days. Expected Final Completion date is 8/20/24 on Fields. Any excessive weather delays logged will be left up to the discretion of the Owners Representative Clearly identify the outside of the envelope with Stadium Turf Project and trade package #'sbeing BID: Trade packages include: Drainage Base Construction, Synthetic Turf / Installation ,Lighting, Fencing Bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. Bids submitted via facsimile will not be considered. Blount County encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Tennessee, and other applicable Tennessee statutes, including bonding. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject all bids.
