Award and Execution of Contract shall be as provided for in the Project Specifications, Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, or the Specifications. For projects with a value of $150,000 and less, the City Manager is authorized to award the Contract and the Agency will mail a Notice of Intent to Award to the Contractor accepting the Bidders proposal. Within ten (10) Working Days of the date of this mailing, the Contractor shall submit the completed Agreement and Bonds portion of the Contract and the insurance certificates. The City Manager will then execute the Contract for the Agency. For projects with a value greater than $150,000, the City Council will award the Contract and the Agency will mail a Notice of Award to the Contractor. Within ten (10) Working Days of the date of this mailing, the Contractor shall submit the completed Agreement and Bonds portion of the Contract and the insurance certificates. After the City Council approves the Contract, the Mayor will execute the Contract for the Agency.
