Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project will be completed over the summer of 2024. Separate sealed BIDS for the Fairmount School - Boiler Room Roof Replacement project located at 58 Thirteenth Street, Bangor, Maine, for the Bangor School Department Results will be shared once reviewed by the owner. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Maine Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate requirements apply to this project. Scope of Work Summary: Remove existing Boiler Room roof structure and EPDM rubber roof system as indicated on plans; install new steel roof structure, new EPDM roof system, and parapet. Includes new roof beams properly spaced to carry a new steel deck, insulation, cover board, and new EPDM roof membrane as indicated. Questions must be directed in writing to info@carpenterassoc.com no later than 4:30 P.M., Friday, May 3, 2024. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be emailed to all Plan Holders.
