Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Morton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able to Obtain Insurance and Bonds Required for the Work. A Performance Bond, Separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a Form Acceptable to Owner Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. The Owner Requires All Contractors and Vendors Doing Business With the Owner Not to Discriminate Against Anyone on the Basis of Race, Age, Color, Religion, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Ancestry, Non-job-related Handicaps or National Origin. Fisher Cusd No. 1 Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any and All Informalities in the Bidding. After Receipt of Bids and Completion of the Review Process, Fisher Cusd No. 1 May Award a Contract to the Bidder That, in Its Opinion, Will Provide a Combination of the Best Services and Reasonable Cost. Successful Bidders Shall Be Required to Observe the Fair Employment Practices Commission Rules Pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity, and Comply With the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 Ilcs 130/1 Et Seq.., and Use Wage Determination as Determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, Conciliation, and Mediation Division Dated Current to the Bid Date. These Wages Will Remain in Effect Until Superseded by a New Determination. Bids Will Be Held Good for a Period of Thirty (30) Days Subsequent to the Opening of Bids.
