Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

General Drainage System Repairs in North Harris County for the Harris County Flood Control District (For one (1) year beginning approximately July 1, 2024). Deadline to submit Questions May 3rd 2024, 12:00 PM CDT Unless otherwise agreed to by the District, the Contractor shall mobilize to the Site and commence Work within ten (10) Days of the District issuing the Notice to Proceed. Should the Contractor fail to comply with the foregoing timeline, the Commissioners Court reserves the right to rescind the Contract for the Contractors failure to perform. If the Contract is rescinded, the Contract shall extinguish, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation under the Contract or damages related to the rescission. The scope of Work for mobilization, including among other things, construction preparation and final Site cleanup and restoration, shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents. Payment for mobilization shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents
