The project scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of drainage and utilities adjustments, eastbound right-turn lane on Wiseman Boulevard, a traffic signal on Westcreek Oaks, eastbound lane main-lane adjustments on Wiseman Boulevard, a southbound right-turn lane, a southbound left-turn lane, an eastbound left-turn lane, and a traffic signal rebuild all on the intersection of Cottonwood Way and Wiseman Boulevard as specified in the project documents (#HPS2024_HSS San Antonio Phase 2 Traffic Mitigation). Estimated Budget: The estimated budget for this project is $1,400,000 million Please send one (1) binder of your proposal in dividers along with all required documentation outlined in the Invitation to Bid and write "Do Not Open" on the envelope. Time is of the essence regarding the performance of all Work. If the Contractor fails to achieve Substantial Completion on or before June 2nd, 2025, Contractor shall pay to the Owner, as liquidated damages, $2000 per day for each calendar day that Substantial Completion is delayed thereafter.
