This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Facility Maintenance Services, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, Texas 77030 is seeking to purchase maintenance services for the Metasys Building Automation System manufactured by Johnson Controls for all MEDVAMC.
