Reference Number 0000350134 During the course of normal maintenance and minor street/utility projects, the Public Works Department occasionally requires services deemed urgent and/or beyond the capabilities of in-house resources. The Town intends to create a roster of qualified Contractors willing to contract with the Town of Eaton on an as-needed basis and to establish in advance the unit pricing for compensation of such services. No minimum amount of work is implied or guaranteed under this Invitation. By seeking Bids from Contractors, the Town represent that it will utilize the Contractor's services or that it will utilize the Contractor's services any guaranteed number of times over the course of the year. Question Deadline 04/26/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions and Clarifications shall be submitted to Bradley Curtis, P.E. in writing only to brad.curtis@epsgroupinc.com No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % No bids shall be withdrawn after opening of the bids without the consent of the Town of Eaton, for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening bids. The Town of Eaton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Town of Eaton, is in the best interests of the Town of Eaton.
