Contractor shall follow all stormwater pollution prevention notes and implementation instructions on sheet 3 of project drawings. h. Contractor shall follow all landscaping notes on sheet 3 of project drawings. Quotes (informal bids) shall be accepted from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, MOT, mobilization, and safety measures to construct emergency access road at Regional Park.
