**As of June 13, 2024 project was awarded to Playcore Wisconsin dba Gametime but awarded amount is not available.** Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking competitive bids for a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment to replace and upgrade the play structures located at Cornelia Jackson Memorial Park. No bid shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days. Camden County is seeking qualified contractors to replace the play structures at Cornelia Jackson Memorial Park located at 201 15th Street, Woodbine, GA 31569. At the start of construction, the currently installed play structures will be removed by the county. The contractor is responsible for 3 | Page furnishing the following at a minimum: a play structure designated for five(5) - twelve(12) year old children, a play structure designated for two(2)-five(5) year old children, at least one additional ancillary play structure/piece of equipment (examples include monkey bars, dome climbing bars, ride on equipment, etc.), new swings for the swing set and new paint for the swing set, and accessibility matting to all ground level play structures shall be installed. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the play structures are certified/installed by a playground safety inspector. Any new mulch required during the construction to fill in or top off existing mulch is the responsibility of the contractor and an allowance should be included in the proposal. The proposal must include visual representations of the play structures being proposed to include colors. The play structures must fit within the current lay out of the mulched play area (a visual representation of the area can be pulled for google earth or a site visit). Bid must include a breakdown price sheet. Everything should be itemized.
