All contractors must submit with proposal, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Successful supplier will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. Insurance and Bonding Company should be licensed to do business by the Georgia Secretary of State, authorized to do business in Georgia by The Georgia Insurance Department, listed in the Department of Treasury's Publication of Companies holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Surety on Federal Bonds and as acceptable reinsuring companies. The bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond must have an A.M. Best rating of A-5 or higher. Completion of K9 training facility to include: Thermal insulation and moisture protection, spray foam insulation, all roof and walls, five (5)3ft x 6.8ft interior doors and three (3) metal exterior doors and five (5) (3x4) windows in office area, including frame work and hardware. Install and order metal fabrication for floor drains/grates. Install all plumbing to include labor and material for bathtub and shower enclosures, sinks, bathroom fixtures and fittings. Install/order A/C pads and HVAC equipment to be installed into offices, bathroom and equipment and storage areas, all electrical with 31-2x4 LED, 37 single switch, 3 exterior lights, 1 can/fan combo, 1 exhaust fan, 4 GFI outlets, 4 3-way, 1-100 AMP panel, 1-48-gal electrical water heater. Install a septic grinder pump station to include plumbing to the existing septic. Contractor will be responsible for all project clean up and providing dumpsters and temporary portable toilets. Complete all framing including labor and materials, finish any carpentry, gypsum board, interior painting. 1.
