SCOPE OF SERVICE The Scope of Service includes but not be limited to, ROW acquisition, CEQA approvals, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geotechnical, Electrical Engineering, Environment Permitting, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Cost Estimate, Traffic Control Plans, Striping Plans, Bid Support, Environmental and Biological Studies to deliver a complete set of bidding documents for the Dogwood & Mead Road Project, The project is funded by a Grant from the Highway Safety Improvements Program (HSIP), for the installation of roadway safety measures, lighting, guardrails, chevron curve warning signs, rumble strips, roadway striping, pavement markings, and outside shoulder widening improvements shall comply with other requirements as per Caltrans and the City of Brawley Standards. The City of Brawley hereby notifies all proposers that it will ensure that in any contract entered into according to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award.
