Minor informalities are defined as minor deviations, insignificant mistakes, and matters of form rather than substance of the proposal, or contract document which can be waived or corrected without prejudice to other offeror s, potential offerors, or the governmental body A bid bond is only required on jobs exceeding $100,000 The IVHA reserves the rights to reject any and all responses and waive any irregularities as mentioned in detail within as 24CFR 85.36(b)(9) of the Procuremen t Policy, Section 8(d) of form HUD - 5369 and Section 7(b)(3) of form HUD - 5369 - B. The IV HA reserves the right to terminate a contract awarded to this BID, at any time for its convenience upon 10 days written notice to the successful contractor(s). The IV HA r eserves the right to retain all bids submitted and not permit withdrawal for a period of 60 days from the deadline for receiving bids without the written consent of the ha Contracting Officer. The IV HA reserves the right to reject and not consider any bid that does not meet the requirements of this bid , including but not necessarily limited to incomplete bids and/or bids missing required information.
