The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendors to supply and replace the emergency generator and automatic transfer switch at Esperanza Middle School located at 22790 Maple Road, Lexington Park, Maryland 20653, removing and disposing of the existing equipment. Provide, replace, and install an industrial generator with automatic transfer switch for Esperanza Middle School per Scope of Work The work shall include but is not limited to the services and supplies described in "Specifications VI". SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. Contractors shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction while meeting project specifications and requirements. The resulting Contract shall be awarded for a period of 60 days after receipt of the Generator from Manufacturer. All work must be substantially completed by August 15, 2025.
