Contractor shall provide cleaning services at the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources Farmville field office. The area to be cleaned is approximately 1,000 square feet. Contractor shall furnish all necessary cleaning supplies and solutions, including trash bags. Paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) will be furnished by DWR. Contractor shall visit the service location at least once each week to perform cleaning. Cleaning shall be completed during non-business hours (weekdays before 8:00am or after 5:00pm or weekends). Cleaning visits shall be spaced approximately one week apart. Services that are required every two weeks or monthly should be performed during the same visit as weekly services. Period of performance shall run from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Sweep and vacuum entire office floor (offices, lobby, hallway, and bathroom). After sweeping and vacuuming, mop entire office floor to include offices, lobby, hallway, and bathroom. Clean and disinfect restroom to include toilet, sink, fixtures, and floor. Clean toilet in lab. Wipe down and disinfect door handles, light switches, tabletops, counter tops, desktops, refrigerator door and handle, microwave door/handle/touch pad, phones, file cabinets, paper shredder, and other surface areas and office equipment. Remove and properly dispose of trash in all offices, lobby, and bathroom. Remove trash from the four trash barrels in the garage bays and lab. Clean windows, inside and out.
